We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
Nezam.ai contracts with businesses (B2B), so consumer arbitration generally does not apply. Note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 — older templates still linking to ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr are out of date and that link should not be added.
Liability for content / Haftung für Inhalte
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law (§ 7 (1) DDG).
